Review of system logs to prevent any potential problems. User ID updates additions and deletions. Review of current disk usage and space requirements. Clean up of all Temporary system files. Server reboots. Disk drive and hardware analysis. Any part replacements will be billed at the cost of the part. Replacement charge is covered under the maintenance. All release updates from Microsoft that address security issues will be done at the time of the release. New Vendor software installs will be billed at an hourly rate for initial setup and then become covered under maintenance agreement.
